I love attending theater performances and concerts while I travel, so when planning my trip to Denver, I set out to find the perfect show. Many articles and travel guides described the Mission Ballroom as a must-visit venue while in the city, so I decided to check its event calendar. To my surprise, one of my favorite singers, Gregory Alan Isakov, was scheduled to perform during my trip. Within seconds, I had bought a ticket because nothing beats seeing one of your favorites perform live!
Visiting the Mission Ballroom
The Mission Ballroom, located in Denver’s River North Art District (RINO), is an exceptional music venue that offers guests an unforgettable concert experience. I have visited many music venues, and Mission Ballroom now ranks among my favorites. The venue has a great atmosphere, and the acoustics were superb. Staff was very efficient in scanning tickets and checking bags. The merch section was well organized. The venue and bathrooms were spotless.
The seating in the Mission Ballroom comprises both general admission and reserved seating. Guests seeking a more energetic experience can purchase a ticket for the general admission area, which consists of two sections. The first is a standing-room-only space that is towards the front and near the stage. The other is unassigned seating, located in the middle and sides of the arena. Those interested in a more premium experience, the Mission Ballroom features two balcony sections situated towards the front, one on each side. These sections offer reserved seating and each has its own bar and restroom. For this concert, I purchased a balcony seat, and my experience was positive: the views were great, the seats were comfortable, and best of all, short lines at the bar and restroom.
The Mission Ballroom, just north of downtown Denver, can be easily accessed by vehicle, public transit, and ride-share services. The venue offers on-site parking, and spots can be bought at the same time you purchase your concert ticket. For those using ride-share services, the Mission Ballroom has a designated ride-share drop-off point near the entrance.

Mission Ballroom does provide accessible seating in several sections of the venue. Tickets can be purchased online or via the box office.

The venue provides coat check services for coats, purses, bags, and merchandise for a small fee.
